Everscope is a business software service operated by Deuver in the Netherlands. “Everscope”, “we” and “our” refer to that service provider. Everscope is offered only to businesses, public bodies, foundations, associations and other organisations, not to consumers.
Registered address: Steenplaetsstraat 6, Unit 4.14, 2288 AA Rijswijk, Netherlands.
KVK: 92707009. VAT ID: NL004971907B77.
Everscope account
An Everscope account is created with a business email and password before Microsoft is connected. Account holders must keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Microsoft permissions remain a separate connection step.
Purpose of the service
Everscope provides rule-based technical recommendations for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Results support human review and do not guarantee that an object can be safely removed or changed.
User responsibility
Always validate findings against external dependencies, usage history, version control, and the responsible model or report owner. Create a backup before making changes.
A user uploading a Power BI Project confirms that the organisation is authorised to submit that project metadata. Uploads must not contain PBIX, PBIT, local data caches, executable files, embedded secrets or unrelated personal data. A free project result covers only the included model and reports; it does not prove that an object is unused elsewhere.
No automatic changes
Everscope does not automatically remove or change Microsoft Fabric or Power BI objects.
Availability
Microsoft API limits, tenant settings, licences, and capacity configuration can limit scan completeness or availability.
Support
Product and account support requests can be sent to support@everscope.app.
Plans, trials and item points
Free has no subscription fee. Team costs EUR 149 per month, Governed costs EUR 349 per month and Regulated costs EUR 699 per month, excluding applicable VAT. Annual subscriptions include two months free. Estates above 5,000 item points use the published Regulated base price plus EUR 0.20 per additional point per month.
Free includes unlimited file scans, full findings and one PDF or XLSX export per week. It does not include a connected Microsoft environment. Connecting an environment starts one 14-day Governed trial without requiring a payment method. Unless the customer explicitly chooses a paid plan, the account returns to Free when the trial ends. Stored results are not deleted by that downgrade.
Plan usage is based on governed item points, members and monthly scans. Reports and dashboards use one point, semantic models and processing items use two points, and data-platform items such as Lakehouses and Warehouses use three points. Measures, columns, findings and workspaces do not add separate item points.
Everscope displays the current entitlement before a limit is reached. If usage exceeds the plan limit, existing data remains visible but the next environment scan is blocked until the plan is changed. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is never stored in Everscope.
Cancellation
Self-service subscriptions can be cancelled from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period, unless the account is terminated for misuse. Upgrades, downgrades, payment methods and invoices are managed online from the account.
Refunds and failed payments
Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires a refund or a charge was made incorrectly. Report an incorrect charge to support@everscope.app. Everscope may restrict scans or access after a failed payment while billing details are corrected in Stripe.
Acceptable use and ownership
Customers may use Everscope only for organisations and Microsoft environments they are authorised to access. They must not probe, overload, reverse engineer, resell or use the service unlawfully. Customers retain ownership of their governance records. Everscope and its software, brand and rule catalogue remain the intellectual property of the provider.
Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect confidential information with reasonable care. Product security, permissions and data handling are described on the Security page and in the Privacy Notice.
Liability
Everscope provides governance recommendations, not a guarantee that content is correct or safe to change. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability under a self-service subscription is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding three months. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not excluded.
Termination and governing law
Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable period. The provider may suspend access to protect the service or other customers. These terms are governed by Dutch law; mandatory rights and competent-court rules continue to apply.
Data processing
When Everscope processes personal data on behalf of a customer, the Data Processing Agreement applies. Current infrastructure providers are listed on the Subprocessor page.
