Know what you own.
See what needs attention.
Everscope turns Power BI and Microsoft Fabric metadata into a prioritised, accountable governance programme—from technical debt and waste to ownership, policies and audit evidence.
- ✓ Metadata only
- ✓ EU data processing
- ✓ No automatic changes
From scattered metadata to accountable action.
A scanner alone produces another list. Everscope connects technical evidence to the people, decisions and controls needed to improve the estate.
Know what you own
Inventory workspaces, semantic models, reports and every Fabric item type in one governed estate.
See what needs attention
Prioritise unused objects, inefficient DAX and Power Query, failed refreshes, missing owners and policy gaps.
Prove what changed
Assign findings, record decisions, manage exceptions and export evidence for audit and leadership.
Technical depth for BI teams. Clarity for governance leaders.
Engineers see the rule, object, evidence and recommended fix. Owners see business impact, priority, due date and accountability. Leaders see coverage, trends and proof.
- Deterministic findingsEvery result is traceable to a rule and evidence.
- Human-controlled decisionsFix, accept, defer or mark false positive—with an audit trail.
- Role-aware accessTenant, governance and domain roles only see what they should.

Understand Everscope before you connect anything.
The knowledge centre explains permissions, roles, ownership, security, scanning and governance practice in plain language.
Open knowledge centre →Does Everscope read our business data?+
No. Everscope analyses metadata, definitions and aggregated usage signals. It does not retrieve or store the underlying rows in your semantic models.
Does it change or delete anything in Fabric?+
No. Findings are recommendations for human review. Everscope never automatically deletes or changes Power BI or Fabric objects.
Which Microsoft permissions are needed?+
The standard connection uses delegated read permissions for workspaces, reports and semantic models. Tenant-wide Scanner API coverage is optional and requires administrator approval.
Can we try it without connecting our tenant?+
Yes. The interactive demo is filled with realistic sample metadata and requires no Microsoft sign-in.
Can results leave the application?+
Yes. Authorised users can export governance data to XLSX, CSV or SQL and use tenant-scoped read-only API keys.
