Everscope uses the providers below to operate the service. Customer business-data rows are not retrieved by Everscope.
Fly.io
Purpose: Application and background-worker hosting
Data: Encrypted application traffic and operational metadata
Location: Primary application region: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Supabase
Purpose: Managed PostgreSQL database and backups
Data: Everscope accounts, Microsoft metadata, governance records and encrypted token cache
Location: Configured EEA project region
Microsoft
Purpose: Identity, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric APIs
Data: Microsoft identity, OAuth tokens and requested Microsoft metadata
Location: According to the customer’s Microsoft tenant and Microsoft agreements
Stripe
Purpose: Checkout, subscriptions, invoices and tax calculation
Data: Billing contact, address, tax ID, payment status and payment method
Location: According to Stripe’s published data-processing terms
Resend
Purpose: Transactional account email
Data: Email address, display name and single-use verification or reset link
Location: According to Resend’s published data-processing terms
