01
See review candidates

Find objects that may be unused without pretending metadata alone proves deletion is safe.

02
Understand the evidence

Trace usage, confidence and model context instead of working from a vague warning.

03
Take the next step

Filter the results, open the affected object and export a review-ready CSV.

Three simple steps

No manual ZIP. No tenant connection.

  1. Open your report in Power BI Desktop.
  2. Choose File → Save as and select Power BI Project (.pbip).
  3. Select the saved project folder here, or drag it into the upload area.
No manual ZIP required

Your browser packages the selected folder locally. Saved DAX queries, themes and report images are handled automatically. A local cache.abf file is excluded before anything is uploaded.

Power BI does not show “Power BI Project” or the scan says PBIR/TMDL is missing

In Power BI Desktop, open:

File → Options and settings → Options → Preview features

Enable these three options once, restart Desktop, and save the project again:

  • Power BI Project (.pbip) save option
  • Store reports using enhanced metadata format (PBIR)
  • Store semantic model using TMDL format
What should be inside the selected folder?
