What this rule checks

The catalog scan completed but tenant-level deep metadata could not be collected.

Everscope evaluates only the metadata needed for this deterministic check. It does not read dataset rows or values.

Why this is a risk

Missing deep metadata reduces coverage for expressions, model structure, and report definitions.

In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. Check read-only tenant permissions, administrator consent, Fabric administrator access, and metadata-scanning tenant settings.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
