Why this is a risk

Undocumented inactive relationships can produce inconsistent date or analytical paths.

In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. Identify dependent measures and document the intended activation scenario.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
