Why this is a risk

Users and auditors cannot reliably establish meaning, assumptions, or accountable ownership from metadata alone.

In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. Document the definition, unit, filter assumptions, and accountable owner in the semantic model.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
