In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. Document the table purpose, grain, source, steward, and accountable owner.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
