What this rule checks

Value.NativeQuery does not explicitly enable subsequent folding.

Everscope evaluates only the metadata needed for this deterministic check. It does not read dataset rows or values.

Why this is a risk

Later transformations may execute locally and create avoidable refresh cost.

In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. Enable folding when supported and validate the resulting native query plan.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
