Why this is a risk

Local paths commonly fail in service refreshes and lack durable organisational ownership.

In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. Move the file to an approved governed location and update credentials through the service configuration.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
