What this rule checks

Multiple reports use the same name inside one workspace.

Everscope evaluates only the metadata needed for this deterministic check. It does not read dataset rows or values.

Why this is a risk

Reviewers can select or certify the wrong report when names are indistinguishable.

In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. Rename reports through the tenant's approved publishing workflow and record the owning team.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
