Why this is a risk

Dense pages can slow rendering, increase query load, and obscure the review trail.

In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. Measure page performance and split content where that improves clarity and load time.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
