PBIX model metadata was not analysed

What this rule checks

The PBIX report layout was analysed, but its compiled semantic model is not read by Everscope.

Everscope evaluates only the metadata needed for this deterministic check. It does not read dataset rows or values.

Why this is a risk

Report-only metadata cannot support complete model, DAX, relationship, ownership, or usage conclusions.

In a governed environment this can weaken traceability, operational reliability, or the evidence available to reviewers and auditors.

How to resolve it

1. In Power BI Desktop choose File > Export > Power BI template, then scan the resulting PBIT file for the full model analysis.
2. Validate the change with the accountable owner, rerun the same metadata scan, and retain the before-and-after evidence.
